MD TOTA MIAH is an assistant professor at Varendra University. He has over seven years of experience in teaching and supervising internships and research activities in various management fields, such as corporate social responsibility, Entrepreneurship and Innovation ,sustainable development, and human resource management.

He is passionate about using his knowledge and research to contribute to the education and economic sectors of Bangladesh, his home country. He is engaged with research activities and shares his vision on writing blogs on personal development and career. He has received multiple scholarships for his academic excellence. His dream objective is to become a leading researcher and educator in his field of expertise.
